Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Detail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for automobiles and takes pride in transforming vehicles to their best possible condition through meticulous cleaning and detailing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing services.
- Apply paint correction techniques including polishing and buffing.
- Apply ceramic coatings and paint protection films.
- Conduct thorough engine bay cleaning.
- Utilize steam cleaning for interiors and upholstery.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies inventory.
- Follow company protocols for customer vehicle handling.
- Document before/after results for quality control.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional auto detailing experience.
- Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IDA (International Detailing Association) Certification.
- Experience with high-end or exotic vehicles.
- Knowledge of ceramic coating application.
- Experience with paint correction techniques.
